Kerstin Dörler ist Stillberaterin (IBCLC) und Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenschwester und unterstützt Mütter und Babys in Vorarlberg bei Fragen und Herausforderungen rund um das Stillen.

Dazu zählt die Milchpumpenvermietung, unter anderem mit Medela-Milchpumpen, wenn vorübergehend abgepumpt werden soll oder eine zusätzliche Entlastung benötigt wird. Außerdem wird eine Low Level Lasertherapie angeboten, beispielsweise bei wunden Brustwarzen, um Beschwerden zu behandeln und den Stillalltag zu erleichtern.

Die Beratung richtet sich an Mütter, die sich eine ruhige, kompetente Unterstützung wünschen, sei es zur Vorbereitung, in den ersten Tagen und Wochen nach der Geburt oder bei konkreten Problemen. Auch bei besonderen Situationen, in denen zusätzliche Anleitung und Erfahrung gefragt sind, kann eine Begleitung sinnvoll sein. Ergänzend wird eine eigene Säuglings- und Stillpraxis genannt; zudem fließt Erfahrung aus Tätigkeiten im klinischen Umfeld ein, unter anderem in der Neonatologie, IMCU und Pädiatrie sowie aus der Stillambulanz und einem Stillcafé.
